Order Confirmation

Submitting an order through our website does not guarantee confirmation. All orders are subject to review and availability. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order, date, and payment details. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us directly.

Made to Order

All items are baked fresh to order in small batches. We require a minimum of 48–72 hours notice before your requested pickup or delivery date. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be honored, as ingredients and preparation may already be underway.

To cancel, contact us directly via phone or email as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make it right at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Pricing is subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Allergens

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. While we list allergens for each item, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any severe allergies before ordering.

Delivery

Delivery is available within 25 miles of our location in Ontario, CA. Delivery fees are $5 within 15 miles and $10 within 25 miles. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
